Since we mainly sell seasonal vegetables and fresh pork, food freshness is our top priority. For vegetables, all produce is delivered fresh to Hong Kong daily. We also offer a diverse range of seasonal items throughout the year to provide customers with more choices. As for pork, all fresh pork is sourced from premium-grade livestock supplied by Ng Fung Hong and slaughtered locally in Hong Kong every day. Coupled with affordable pricing, we attract a large number of regular daily customers.

Furthermore, we offer special discounts on selected items every afternoon and early evening. This is part of our high-volume, low-margin strategy to sell out remaining stock, which helps us maintain a high inventory turnover. This system guarantees that our customers find fresh products on our shelves every single day.

To build long-term customer relationships and enhance the overall shopping experience, we have launched a membership points programme. This initiative has successfully attracted over 4,700 registered members, with the flagship store continuing to grow by nearly 100 new members each month. Members can earn points with every purchase and redeem them for exclusive rewards, encouraging consistent, long-term consumption habits.

Customers may register as members using their mobile phone number or Octopus Card. In addition to exclusive member offers, customers can earn points from daily spending (2 points per HK$1 spent). Once a specified number of points are accumulated, they can be redeemed for various gifts. The gift selection includes general household and kitchen items, as well as a wide range of practical electrical appliances such as electric stew pots and microwave ovens. We also regularly hold member double points days to help customers redeem their preferred gifts more easily and encourage long-term patronage.
